Dear Parents and Guardians,

We hope you are enjoying the summer and are excited for the start of the 2026–2027 school year at Escola Luís de Camões.

We are writing to inform you that tuition invoices for the 2026–2027 school year will be sent through Procare. Parents will receive an email with the invoice, which will include a link to click and open the invoice in Procare. Depending on your device and whether you have the Procare app installed, the link may open through the Procare website or through the Procare Child Care Mobile App (Recommended). below we have instructions for all scenarios, in case you still have questions, please email us at info@luisdecamoes.net.

Once you open the invoice, you will be able to view your balance and make payment online.

Tuition for the 2026–2027 school year is as follows:

  • Newark Campus: $500 per student
  • Warren Campus: $575 per student

For families with more than one student enrolled, the second student will receive a $50 discount. If you have multiple students enrolled, please review your invoice to confirm that the discount has been applied.

Payment Options

Families may choose one of the following payment options:

Option 1: Pay in Full
You may pay the full tuition balance when you receive the invoice.

Option 2: Pay in Two Installments
Families may choose to pay tuition in two installments:

  • First payment: 50% due by July 31, 2026
  • Final payment: remaining balance due by October 1, 2026

Please note that if you have not paid in full by October 1st, 2026, a $75 surcharge will be added to your Procare balance after that date.

Payment Methods Accepted

Online payments through Procare: Credit card or ACH payment
In-person payments: Cash or checks made payable to Sport Club Portuguese

Payment Processing Fees:

  • Debit card / ACH – No Fee
  • Credit card – 2.70% + 30 cents (Charged by payment processor)
  • In Person – No Fee

How to Make a Payment Online Through Procare

Parents may make payment through either the Procare Child Care Mobile App or the Procare website.

When you receive the invoice email from our school:

  • Open the email.
  • Click the link in the email to open the invoice.
  • Depending on your device, the invoice may open in the Procare website or in the Procare app if you have it installed.
  • Follow the instructions below based on how Procare opens for you.

Option A: If the Invoice Opens in the Procare Child Care Mobile App

Log in to the Procare Child Care Mobile App, if prompted.
Click “Pay Now,” or click the menu icon in the top left corner and select “Make Payment.”

Your current balance will display as the payment amount.
To pay in full, continue with the full amount shown.
To pay in two installments, click the pencil icon next to the payment amount and enter 50% of your tuition amount.

Confirm your payment method or add a new payment method.

Review the “You Owe” amount to make sure it is the amount you wish to pay.
Click “Submit Payment.”

Once the confirmation screen appears, your payment has been successfully submitted.

Option B: If the Invoice Opens on the Procare Website

Log in to the Procare website, if prompted.
Click “Pay Now,” or select “Payments” from the left navigation menu.
Click “Make Payment.”

Your current balance will display as the payment amount.
To pay in full, continue with the full amount shown.
To pay in two installments, click the pencil icon next to the payment amount and enter 50% of your tuition amount.

Review the “You Owe” amount to make sure it is the amount you wish to pay.
Click “Submit Payment.”

Once the confirmation screen appears, your payment has been successfully submitted.

Important Reminder for Families Paying in Two Installments

If you are choosing the two-installment option, please do not submit payment for the full balance. You must click the pencil icon next to the payment amount and manually enter 50% of your tuition amount.

The second installment, along with the $75 surcharge, will be due by October 1, 2026.

Please also note that each parent must set up their own online payment method in Procare. If there are two parents on an account, one parent will not be able to view or use the other parent’s saved payment method.

In-Person Payment Option

If you prefer, you may also make your payment in person at Sport Club Português:

In-person payments may be made by cash or check. Checks should be made payable to Sport Club Portugues.

Important Dates

July 31, 2026: Deadline for full payment or first 50% installment
October 1, 2026: Deadline for final payment if paying in two installments

We kindly ask all families to make payment by the listed deadlines so the school can properly prepare for the upcoming school year.
